UPLOAD YOUR PERFORMANCE VIDEO!

If you have an account, please Sign In to upload your video.  If not, please create a FREE account before uploading.

You should try to keep your performance video around 90 seconds long. If your video is longer than 90 seconds, DON'T WORRY! We'll only play the first 90 seconds of it.
This is to ensure everyone receives the same chance at stardom!

UPLOAD GUIDELINES

Before uploading, be sure to review how our competition works and the category-specific guidelines below.

Uploading a video into our competitions costs 1 credit per video.  Credits will only be deducted once your video has been processed.  You can upload as many videos as you want in each category.

Trouble uploading? Read our Upload Help topics.

SINGERS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Any style vocal performance is accepted in this category. Performance must be by a SINGLE vocalist, not a group, with no accompanying or background singers. You may not sing over a recording of someone else singing the same song. You can, however, sing to a karaoke or instrumental track, sing a cappella, accompany your vocals by playing an instrument yourself, or be backed by others playing an instrument. You can also sing an original song you've written.

People of all ages use this site – absolutely no profanity will be tolerated in song lyrics or in any performance; no hateful lyrics, and no obscene gestures either. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!

MUSICIANS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Any style musical performance and any musical instrument is accepted in this category. You can play on your own or be featured as a player in a band, orchestra or small performance group. If you're playing with others, the video you submit must be focused on your own musical performance. You may also play along with a prerecorded background track.

People of all ages use this site – absolutely no profanity will be tolerated in any performance; no obscene gestures either. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!

COMEDIANS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Your comedy video can be of you performing alone, in front of friends, onstage at an event, or even at a paid performance (as long as you have the rights to that video). Tell jokes, perform a monologue, or even feature part of your routine. It's up to you! Show us your best material.

Videos are allowed to contain mild adult language and material. A "viewer discretion" warning will be present when browsing comedy videos. Basically, if you wouldn't see it or hear it in an R-Rated movie, don't submit it here. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!

DANCERS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Submitted videos must be from an individual dancer, group of dancers, or dance studio in Connecticut. Videos can be from an actual competition or recital performance, rehearsal, or special occasion performance (like a fundraiser). Any style of "dance studio" dancing is allowed, including ballroom and hip-hop.

People of all ages use this site – absolutely no profanity will be tolerated in any performance; no obscene gestures either. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!

BANDS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Any style musical performance is accepted in this category. Your band, orchestra or small performance group must consist of at least 2 members. You may not play along with a prerecorded background track.

People of all ages use this site – absolutely no profanity will be tolerated in any performance; no obscene gestures either. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!

VARIETY PERFORMERS VIDEO GUIDELINES

Your variety performance video can be of you performing almost anything that could be considered an entertaining talent on a variety show. It's up to you! Show us your best material. We reserve the right to contact video uploaders about their videos if we feel their video does not show an entertaining talent.

Whatever you choose, keep your performance suitable for all ages. No profanity, no obscene gestures, no adult-only or racially offensive material will be tolerated in any performance. Basically, if you wouldn't see it or hear it on primetime broadcast TV, don't submit it here. Anyone violating these rules will have their video removed and will be unable to compete in any Star On The Web Competitions. Most important, have fun and enjoy yourself, and give your performance all you've got!
